From Positano to … Princeton! This week I opened the mailbox and found this lovely postcard from Linda at Ciao Chow Linda. When I posted about the first blogger postcard swap I did with Anne in Oxfordshire, Linda commented and offered to send me a postcard from her hometown. How fun! This view of Princeton’s Nassau Hall brought back memories of my college days at St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland. Autumn was always the most beautiful time of the year, when the bright oranges and reds blended with the red brick buildings and cast the white architectural details sharply in contrast. While I haven’t been to Princeton before, I could feel the crisp Autumn air, and was reminded of the excitement of starting a new year of school. I knew Linda loves the Amalfi Coast, so I picked out a postcard with a beautiful view of Amalfi with bougainvillea. She liked it a lot! (Click here to read about it.) Little did I know that Linda has a postcard fetish and has been collecting them from all over the world. What a great idea!
